Paul Hoag - Fiscal Officer
Paul is the Fiscal Officer and is responsible for the overall financial and investment management for the township. Paul handles all state and federal reporting and compliance requirements, personnel reporting issues, budgeting and payroll and vendor payments. In addition, Paul is the keeper of all public records and is responsible for maintaining and assessing the lighting districts in Springfield Township.
Paul graduated from Otsego High School and the University of Toledo with finance and marketing majors, taken courses for an MBA and was an instructor for real estate finance at the University as well.
Paul worked in the real estate and construction industry before accepting a position with Prudential Securities and later Merrill Lynch brokerage firms. He is an avid outdoorsman and teaches 3- 500 students the Ohio and Michigan Hunter Education classes each year and is active with the Boy Scouts as a merit badge counselor for fishing and the shooting sports. He has resided in the township for the past 35 years.

Susan Calderon - Fiscal Assistant
Susan is the fiscal assistant and is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general accounting management and reporting. She also is responsible for lighting outages and repair reporting and assists with lighting district assessments.
Susan graduated from McAuley High School, attended the University of Toledo and has lived in Springfield Township most of her life. She has volunteered for Springfield Local Schools as an Ohio Reads and math tutor as well as many other school related volunteer activities. She is committee member for Boy Scout Troop 210 and functions as the troop treasurer and a merit badge counselor. Susan and her family are members of Providence Lutheran Church where they assist with volunteer activities. Susan has 26 years of experience in the accounting field and insurance industry.
Susan and her husband Edward currently reside in Springfield Township have two sons Thomas and Casey who currently attend Springfield Local Schools.
