Bob has lived most of his life in Springfield Township, graduating from Springfield High School in 1975, and serving as a volunteer fire fighter for five years at Springfield #2 in the early 1980’s. Bob’s full time job is an Employee Relations Manager at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Hospital. Since Bob has become a Trustee, he has also been involved on the SHAPE Board, serving as President this year, and on the Springfield Schools Foundation Board. Bob is also involved at the Holland Free Methodist Church as an adult Sunday School Teacher, Human Resource Director, and Softball Coach. Bob also found time to help as assistant wrestling coach for the Toledo Christian Junior High Wrestling Team last year.

Bob has been the “Trustee-in-Charge” of the Fire Department for the last two years and remains committed to being a watch dog to ensure good development occurs in the township.

Bob and his wife Diane have four sons, Bradley, Brett, Blake, and Brian and recently added a daughter-in-law, Amy, to the family with the marriage of their second son, Brett.
