As the agent for the Township Board of Trustees, Leslie assists in the administration, enforcement and execution of the policies and resolutions of the Board along with supervising and directing the activities of designated departments under the jurisdiction of the Board. In addition, she attends all of the meetings of the Board and all other meetings where her attendance is required by the Board. Additionally, she makes recommendations to the Board concerning the affairs of the Township and along with the Township’s Fiscal Officer and Fire Chief; helps prepare and submit a budget for the next year.

Leslie was Springfield Township's fiscal officer before she was appointed administrator effective 2/23/2007. Leslie is an attorney, graduating from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1999. She lives in the township with her daughter, Samantha, and serves as president of the Crissey Elementary Parents Club.
